Missed future star academy objective Playstyle + first week due to PSN outage

Dear Ea,

I have been playing objectives for future star academy and i completed the 8of15 playstyles for the future star. However, the playstyle plus+ 1of5 completion i did not get because i was not able to play due to the PSN network outage/error. So i missed this PS+ and now i only have 1. Is it possible to still claim or send the first PS+ 1of5? I missed it and its not my fault...
