Squad Battles

Every week I play squad battles, but 2/3 games per 12 games my game disconnect in mid-game and i’m losing my ranking points. And now there are good reward like tokens and stuff. So I want my points back. The issue says, “unable to connect to the ea servers”. It only appears in squad battles while my internet is good. Normally I let it slide because its just a game. But for now I want my rewards, and because of this I get bad rewards. Hope you can give my points or games back.
