Stuttering // lagging EAFC 25

can you please help me. I am on Ps5

1. Changed my hdmi cable
2. Test 2 types op internet cables
3. Directly connected to a router
4. Gaming monitor (1ms)
5. Restored database
6. I tried to lower settings on eafc
7. I have 10-20ms every match
8 I dont see any (lagging symbol)

My only problem is that is stuttering every single match do you have a solution for this?
