Ultimate edition evolution

Hello, I recently bought the ultimate edition and I didn't receive the ultimate edition evolution. Does anybody know why i did not get it?

I have the same issue, please look into it for my account as well. I do have FC 4600 coins but not the ultimate edition evolution..
