Unplayable
Dear EA games,
I'm 34 years old and I very well know my way about computers. So don't counter this message and try to put it on me like 'did you update your graphic card drivers?' or 'did you verify the integrity of your game files'.
This game is so unplayable right now, you can't even call this Beta state, this is like Alpha state. It's so bad I can't even enjoy it right now. Why you ask me? Oh here are a few examples:
-Game randomly shuts down after you complete a match every now and then. Which also neglects my match income and gives me a penalty.
-Division rivals wasn't playable all day yesterday, couldn't find a match. More people had this issue.
-You go to the store or claim some objectives, game goes dark, like you can't see anything game related anymore and you are forced to restart the game. And this happens 'A LOT'. But I reckon this might be the only thing you fix soon since it affects your income.
-The menu is the slowest it has ever been, like you click on a button it just doesn't even register at first.
-even though i have a beast of a pc and have selected the option to do cut scenes at full frame rate, yet you somehow manage to cap it to 30 fps... which makes the whole game jittery.
-Let me remind you, EA FC 24 had the same issues, but it happened even less than this years. And you didn't fix that ALL YEAR LONG. Do you even care about your customers at this point?
You have to stop hiding behind the fact that not enough people are making reports and so you keep telling yourselves the problems aren't that big. Man, you ask so much money for such a game with these weird walkouts on which you put so much work while the game itself is utter garbage at the moment.
fyi, my most important pc specs:
-32 gb ram 6000hz
-7800x3d cpu
-7800xt gpu
so yeah at times i get my 300 fps, but yet the game feels sluggish and jittery.
not to mention the all time struggles of your servers that probably run on windows 88 or something, cuz man when it's peak time the game is so irresponsive.
The game is so bad you can almost start and win a case court against you as a company.
Please, i'm not a hater, i love Fifa, but you are ruining the game every year more and I don't understand why. Nobody cares about a new engine every few years to make it look 'better' if it ruins the whole game. Make it run smooth, that's all we ask? And what is this menu man.... it's so illogical.
So please make the game run smooth and stop it from crashing / freezing or going dark, that's the least we can expect right?
