Transfer Market

I have a problem with unlocking the market, I can't sell or buy players because I can't unlock it, I have almost 40 hours in ultimate team and on the web app it shows me 2 hours and because of that I have Blocked market, I ask EA management to unblock the market or I ask you players for help
