Player 86 pack, player dont appear

I had 8-7 on WL, and had 2 86 players pack, One of them it was rudiger.

Because of that i sold my rudiger, and then i wanted to use the untreadable rudiger that i packed, and Guess what, the players doesnt appear

I already went to recovery players, because i thought i removed the players or some sorte, but no

What can i do
