Breakthrough Pack Bug

EA better have some sort of reimbursement coming for this bug, have not been able to open packs for an entire day. With the amount of complaints on this page you would think they would be working to solve it, but clearly our business is meaningless to them. Honestly insane that they can charge money for packs, and then once you buy that pack your game virtually breaks and does not allow you to open any more packs that YOU EARNED. EA fix it and explain how you are going to reimburse everyone with this issue.
