Bug pack
I had a player pack in a premium gold pack and as soon as I want to get it back it tells me that there is a problem with the UT servers what should I do to be able to delete this pack

Thanks for letting us know you are experiencing this. This is definitely on our radar! We've received a few reports on this and have a main thread live here: Can’t claim pack. We'll update that thread when we have news to share. I'll close this out here in the meantime.
