Worst experience ever in FC26, got a false ban for almost 1 week and no response
Now, due to EA's false ban, my game has been suspended for almost a week. There has been no compensation for the in-game rewards and Game Pass EXP lost during this period. I have appealed this ban, but EA's response and handling have been extremely slow. Most critically, contacting their customer support has been completely ineffective. What's more, after buying FIFA for so many years—from FIFA to FC—and always being a rule-abiding player all this time, I am now wrongly labeled a cheater, and the process is so slow. I simply cannot accept such unfair and unjust treatment. I don't mind if the system sometimes falsely bans players—it's for the health of the game environment. The real issue is that problems need to be resolved quickly. EA offers no compensation, drags its feet on handling issues, and contacting support only makes you angrier. The Ultimate Team mode only has about a 7-month lifespan each year. If every ban takes this long to handle, what justifies players spending money on FC Points or the Premium Pass? I can understand that the TOS team handles cases manually and may not be fast, but you should at least set a time limit for each case, right? Since EA doesn't compensate for losses during false bans, you should at least improve the TOS team's efficiency. I submitted my case on Dec. 12 and waited until Christmas without a single reply. Don't give me excuses about a high volume of banned players and claim the TOS team is doing their best. For a UT mode with a 7-month life, what's the point if it takes you a month to unban me? If a player gets banned during Team of the Year, their UT year effectively ends 4 months early. And then they're supposed to foolishly spend another $100 on your next game? So a few days ago I opened a Holiday cheer pack (200k, 1000FP) and although the description of the pack says that it should contain 30 cards rated at least 83 ovr with few of them being 85 or above, I received players rated 75-86… I saw Matt’s vid on Yt, but my concern is that EA have not posted anything regarding this issue. I finished Champs this last weekend and earned the winter wildcards guarantee pack, which I didn’t open. It is now missing from the my packs section of the store. I can’t remember the other packs that I earned from champs so they may be missing as well. Obviously a lot of time and effort was put into earning those packs so to have them vanish from my packs is not acceptable. Especially given the rewards are abysmal on this game and the never ending list of other bugs/issues. What can be done to get me my earned packs back?Fix it or lose it
What's Wrong with This Game? - Pack Luck Sucks: Rivals is rushed, and rewards across all modes barely hit the minimum. The game pushes us to drop a fortune on store packs just to get anything decent—like we didn't already pay for it. - Unresponsive Gameplay & Server Issues: Constant lag, servers disconnecting mid-match. EA, keep this up and I'm out—already hunting for a better game. - Annoying AI Defending: It's overly aggressive and unrealistic. - Ridiculous Physics: Every match, shots hit the post or crossbar at least once (often more). Passes veer off in random directions. Player switching? Lucky if it even responds. - Dumb Attacker Movement: Players abandon open pockets of space and run straight into marked defenders. - Player Lock: The absolute worst mechanic ever in a football game. All of this is 10x worse in FUT Champs that's why I quit that mode entirely. You’ve tuned the game like everyone’s a pro, forcing casual players to cheese glitches and broken mechanics to compete.
