Loan pack can't claim or open
I got a pack the other day and inside was a loan pack that I got but when I went too claim it says error with servers so I tried on companion app and the app closes after an error. Tried so many times too claim the loan pack on ps5 and keeps saying server error and app won't allow me too claim it too now i have lots of unopened packs I can't open What's wrong with this stupid game and servers

Abría un pack de jugadores de oro electro premium y me salió un sobre de canje de préstamo, no me deja canjearlo y dice que se produce un error con los servidores de ea Sports. Se me bloquea la tienda y no puedo abrir sobres porque hay un error en canje de sobre de préstamoI can't redeem the pack
So i opened the seasonal supply pack, and within that pack i got a totw pack. But when i try to claim this pack the game kicks me out of the store. It does the same on the apps but it loggs me out when this happens. now i can’t open packs anymore because i have a unclaimed itemPackages problem with service connection

Bug sur l’ouverture d’un pack prêt sur ultimate team fc25
Je n’arrive pas à ouvrir le pack, à chaque fois que j’essaie de l’ouvrir ça me fait sortir, dans l’app ça me déconnecte et dans le jeu ça me renvoie au menu principal de fc25 ( sur le pc, je suis un joueur pc ) C’est du à quoi ? Ça fait aussi que je ne peux pas ouvrir mes packs
