Bug

I opened a rare mega pack from rivals rewards and inside the pack I got a 1 player pack and when i open that pack I get the message ‘there was a problem connecting to football ultimate team’ my gamer tag is P0P_H0ldinitD0wn can you please fix this issue for me

    the same thing happened to me, I can't claim the rewards because I have a gold envelope that came from a mega envelope. 
    Now I have unopened envelopes because I can't redeem that gold envelope

    my id is echakiller223
    I play on pc 

    I need a solution

    try everything uninstall restart reboot shutdown the computer
