Can’t claim my totw breaktrough pack

I buyed the seasonal supply pack in the store but I can’t claim my totw breaktrough pack because im getting kicked out of ultimate team.

i Play on ps4

my gamertag is Sturris-_-Rens

i bought the pack yesterday at 5 AM
