Can’t open a gold pack that I got as a bonus in a regular gold pack

I got a gold pack from the sbc and I got a bonus pack inside of it but I can’t redeem it and it kick me out of the game , also on WEB and the companion.

i can’t open any other pack because I have to redeem it first.

please HELP!!!!
