FC 26 Ultimate Team stuck on loading screen on PS5, but Companion App works
Hi, I cannot access Ultimate Team on PS5. It stays stuck forever on the FUT loading/promo screen. I can access my club normally through the Companion App. Also, if I disconnect the PS5 internet while it is stuck loading, the FUT menu briefly appears and shows my current coins and FC Points correctly, so my club seems to load partially. I already tried clearing cache, rebuilding database, reinstalling the game, hard reset, router restart, mobile hotspot, checking server status, deleting old squads, creating a clean active squad, and clearing pending items/rewards in Companion App. This seems like a PS5 FUT synchronization/session issue. Can EA force logout/resync my FUT club data without deleting my club? Is there anything else I can do?
REQUEUING DISCONNECT / ANTI-CHEAT NOT RUNNING
Every time I requeue in ranked matches (not go back to the lobby to requeue), I get kicked as soon as the next match starts and get the "Anti-cheat not running" error and when it allows me to get back in, it won't let me back into the match and I get the abandonment penalty every time. I don't understand why this is happening and I should not be losing RP for something that isn't my fault.Loading times
I’m experiencing ridiculously long loading times, sometimes around 10 mins to load UT and very sketchy menus when on Ultimate Team. It would not be uncommon for me to load Evos for example and the game just load and loads before saying ‘there’s an issue’. This seems to only affect UT, all of the other modes are quick and smooth.Player freezing
For about 2 weeks now, everything I’m online and decide to play a match, whether in kick-off, clubs, or whatever. A black window with nothing in it appears and my player stops moving for a couple of seconds, sometimes the the keyboard also pops-up with the same empty window. Any thoughts or suggestions?
The game crashes at startup
I reinstalled the latest video card driver, restarted my PC, then redownloaded the entire game, verified the file integrity — nothing. I also deleted the hardware settings, well if that was the problem, I didn't get any further at all. Yesterday evening it still worked, today it doesn't even start. I honestly don't know what to do anymore, my friends have also run out of ideas. What could be the problem? Since then today I also tried running it as administrator, that didn't help either. I checked another EA game and that started without a problem. I saw somewhere that USB can also be the issue, I use my controller through that, until now I never had this problem with any game or any F1 game.My wins
Yall need to fix my record because I’ve faced 3 people & they’ve quit or either let all these flags cancel the game out & i still don’t get a win yall don’t add it, yall avoid it, but let me do that it’s a loss on me, plus even if WiFi signaling is going nuts let it not count on my end cause yall need my games as a no count cause if they connection fault, fix that
Getting kicked from ranked without being reconnected
I have literally moved from country to country and used multiple different WiFi providers I have nothing wrong with my internet. Yet since 2021 I have had times where I get kicked from my rank matches and lose all of my points. This is actively ruining my teammates games and my own and actively wasting my time on this game. I can’t remember the last time I have ever been able to reconnect to a match because it always has an error for no reason. I’m getting absolutely sick and tired of this and it’s the reason I never play this game consistently. I should get compensation for this it’s ridiculous. You don’t even compensate my teammates when I disconnect mid game. Genuinely do something about it. I have fed 2k plus into this game and I have to deal with the same bug since I was a little child.
Untrusted System File Error
Ive got this issue previously but I was able to resolve it. Played on steam for a while then the issue came back but I was able to switch to EA and resume playing for a week and then the issue returned. Ive even gone as far as completely deleting steam and all its files and reinstalling with no success. Ive cleared my temp files and pretty much any other tricks ive been able to find. My PC is about 9 years old but I dont think my specs are the issue but ive included them just incase. Currently, once i launch the, it crashes right after I close the announcement pop up window in the lobby. Any tip or tricks would be appreciated.EA app will not download recent purchaces. I AM NOT OFFLINE!!
I have been trying to download new packs for two hours. Was told I was not connected to the internet- that is not true. I deleted the entire EA program and redownloaded. That did not fix it. I cleared the cache MULTIPLE times. Nothing. What is going on here?!!!
