Can’t reedem pack
I opened a mega pack from the division rivals rewards and i got a gold pack in it , but i am not able to reedem it and now i can not open any other packs , time 11:05 ROU

Thanks for letting us know you are experiencing this. This is definitely on our radar! We've received a few reports on this and have a main thread live here: Can’t claim pack. We'll update that thread when we have news to share. I'll close this out here in the meantime.
