Cannot Open Pack

Hello! I submitted my information before, but I cannot open my Rivals rewards, as well as other packs, due to a bronze pack reward that needs assigning. When I try and claim this bronze pack, it tells me that there was an error and cannot connect to FUT servers. It has been quite some time and I would greatly appreciate if this were resolved. I am attaching information from the mobile app to show what it says as well as a picture of what it says on the console, which for me is a PC.

Console: PC, Gamertag: FranCeccotti, pack with problem: bronze pack, approx time: 8pm on March 5th, but the problem persists currently as well.
