Can't Claim Pack

Hi i can’t get my pack claimed

  • Name of the pack you opened: Not sure
  • Name of the pack inside that got you stuck: *card.desc.FreeGoldPack 
  • Did you buy the pack on the console or web app ?: Console
  • Approximate timestamp: Earned about 10am (-03:00 UTC)
