Ea 25 erro clain pack

I opened the seasonal supply pack, and within that pack i got a gold pack. But when i try to claim this pack the game kicks me out of the store. It does the same on the apps but it loggs me out when this happens. now i can’t open packs anymore because i have a unclaimed item . Since tomorrow, my game is xbox series S.
