Help claiming a pack

So I’m trying to open a breakthrough TOTW provisions pack and every time I go to do so it says “there was a problem connecting to the football ultimate team servers. Please try again later, any ideas...

    Not being funny it’s takes the mick out of everyone who put money into the game… it’s been well over 32 hours since the incident… everyone is stuck and it’s taking this long?
