Help claiming a pack

So I’m trying to open a breakthrough TOTW provisions pack and every time I go to do so it says “there was a problem connecting to the football ultimate team servers. Please try again later, any ideas? Thanks !

    You are all impacted by the same issue as this Megathread. We've already passed on the issue to the team.

    We know it's quite frustrating to not be able to open more packs.

    Yup way over 24hours now comes to something when you can’t even open your div rewards because off this crap… they best compensate us as I’ve put money on the game for it just to crash and wait for them to fix it…

    I put hundreds of £££ every year into this game snd get nothing in return apart from glitches and bugs 🤷‍♂️.  A billion dollar company shouldn't be experiencing these simple issues! Surely there's a time threshold to fix something and EA over 24 hours certainly isn't it! 

    This is definitely compensation worthy

    Not being funny it’s takes the mick out of everyone who put money into the game… it’s been well over 32 hours since the incident… everyone is stuck and it’s taking this long?
