Issues with downloading the new pack.

So I’ve just tried downloading the new pack that I’ve preordered. And even though it’s been downloaded I can’t play with it. It just says in the world menu that the pack has yet to be downloaded. I’ve tried deleting and redownloading everything about 4 times and it still don’t want to work. What can I do?
