I'm also trying to find a fix for this. I have tried to close down the game, restart my PS and also check for the update for the game but nothing seems to be working. I'm also stuck in loop cause I've got gold pack to open, but unable to open all of my rival rewards.
This can be really frustrating. We didn't paid money to be facing these many issues. EA please fix this. Your QA not doing proper job.
