Can’t Claim Pack

Whenver I try opening this random 1 player pack that was inside of another Mega pack, it gives me an error and takes me back to Home screen, then I can’t open any other packs without dealing with that one first and then the error occurs all over again.

• Platform: Ps5 & Companion App & Ps4 (tried it on diff devices)
• PSN/Xbox Gamertag: McSham024
• Name of the pack you opened:  30 80+ players Mega pack from Div 3 upgraded rewards
• Name of the pack inside that got you stuck: 1 Player Unlock Pack
• Did you buy the pack on the console or web app ? Opened pack first time on companion app, issue continued on ps5 and ps4
