Question

So i opened the seasonal jumbo premium gold pack from Guti SBC, and within that pack i got a loan pack. But when i try to claim this pack the game kicks me out of the store. It does the same on the apps but it loggs me out when this happens.

now i can’t open packs anymore because i have a unclaimed item.
platform: PlayStation 4

time: yesterday 17:15 UK time

pack I open: jumbo premium gold pack

pack I get: Loan Pack

Thanks for letting us know you are experiencing this. This is definitely on our radar! We've received a few reports on this and have a main thread live here:&nbsp;Can’t claim pack. We'll update that thread when we have news to share. I'll close this out here in the meantime.
