FUT Champs & Rivals rewards not received + NF issue

Hello, I have been experiencing an issue for the past two weeks in Ultimate Team (FC 26). In FUT Champions I play all 15 matches and meet the requirements for rewards. In Division Rivals I reach the required points (for example 24 points). However, I do not receive the rewards after the events end. Additionally, after matches I sometimes receive a “No Finalized (NF)” message or the progress resets, even though the matches are completed normally. This has happened for two consecutive weeks.
