Big issue Online Seasons

I'm playing EA Sports FC for years now and Online Seasons is the only gamemode I play. In total I played around 400 to 500 matches.

When the new FC 26 game was released I bought it for at least € 69,99, and after playing some weeks it's annoying to play Seasons, because It looks like a problem is happening more often than before.

The problem:

Today I was leading the game with 3 goals (!) difference, after that the opponent leaves/ragequits between the 85 and 90th (!) minute. When I got back in the menu It shows me the result of the match before this match and looking at my progression I see the same amount of points and games remaining as before this game.

I didn't pay €69,99 for wasting 15 minutes, promotion and points.

I expect this problem to solve before 1 January 2026, otherwise It will be my last EA Sports FC title.

    Same thing happening to me. I've had 9 games within a couple of weeks where I am winning between 6x1 and the guy ragequits at the last second and the win doesnt count

    please fix this issue ASAP. this is ridiculous
