Dissapeared items

Hello EA,

After I got my Squad Battles rewards I got some double player items, non tradable. Normally I use those for SBC challenges but they suddenly arent anywhere to be found. I did not quick sell them, otherwise they would have appeared in the app. I know for sure I had an extra 86 Olise somewhere.

I also got a 1-3 80+ player choice but this one I also couldnt find. Normally I could only open another pack if I opened up that one but it was gone. Please help, I want my items back. I pay enough to play.
