False Transfermarket ban with no timer

So since last week I am not able to buy or sell any players on the EAFC 26 transfermarket. I gives me the message that I have been to active on the market and that I have to wait 24 hours. However it's been about 10* 24hours and I still have no access. Lastly in the challenges it confirms that I have only bought 23/50 players to get the reward. Also have I changed my password to make sure there are no others on my account whom might have caused this. I tried filling out a contact form about this to EA but that was no help. Hopefully someone can help me with this because I am not a streamer and not interested in a road to glory.
