I can't sell players on the tranfermarket

I did all the objectifs and before it worked fine, but like for a month now I am not able to sell any players. I can still buy them but not sell any.

I contacted the helpdesk several times but nothing changed so I am trying over here.

You can see some error messages in the pictures I included.

I play on PC.
