Trainingscamp evos

I clicked on deactivate my evo Ohio for the rising striker evo, i wanted to cancel so i clicked on the O button (im on ps), somehow it still canceld. I think i had the same with another evo, at the time i tought i made a mistake, but now i think it is a bug.
