BUG ON FC26 ULTIMATE EDITION!!

I purchased the FC 26 Ultimate Edition on 11/09 and have not received any of my rewards.

Furthermore, I accidentally clicked to acquire the premium pass, which spent 500,000 of my coins. The premium pass on 30/09 is supposed to be included for free with the Ultimate Edition.
