Online Career Mode Proposal (Manager & Player) – Full Concept”

Dear EA Sports Team,

I am writing to you as a loyal player and supporter of the franchise to present a proposal that I believe could represent a major step forward for the community: the introduction of a fully developed Online Career Mode, both in Manager and Player versions.

The main concept is to allow multiple users to share the same career universe, competing or cooperating within the same synchronized season.

In the Online Manager Career Mode, one player would act as the host, configuring all initial settings (difficulty, match length, active competitions, transfer market options, etc.) and inviting friends to join. Each participant would select a different club. The calendar would advance by matchdays, and time would be fully synchronized, meaning the season would not progress until all players are ready or have completed their matches. This would ensure fairness and realism.

The transfer market would maintain the current system but introduce direct competition between users: bidding wars for the same player, transfer offers for friends’ players, and real negotiations that create competitive tension. Users would compete for all available titles (League, Domestic Cups, European competitions) and could also manage national teams to compete in international tournaments such as the World Cup.

In the Online Player Career Mode, each user would create their own footballer and share the same competitive environment. Players could either play on the same team or compete in different clubs, encouraging both cooperation and rivalry. The synchronized matchday system would also apply here.

This mode would include both individual and collective awards, such as the Ballon d’Or, Golden Boot, Best Young Player, as well as club and international trophies. Direct competition through statistics, performances, and awards would create strong engagement, healthy rivalry, and long-term entertainment among friends.

I strongly believe that this feature could become one of the most requested and widely played modes in the franchise, adding innovation, depth, and a powerful social component to the game.
