ULTIMATE TEAM FC26

Hi EA,

I'm really disappointed with FC 26 Ultimate Team. After paying 70 dollars for the game, basic consumables like healing items are almost impossible to get.

The problem:

1. Healing items rarely appear in gold packs. I spent 60,000 coins and got ZERO healing cards for my player Marcelo.

2. The only way to buy them directly is the Store.

3. The Store is locked behind playing 3 Rush matches.

4. Rush mode requires PS Plus or Game Pass Core. I don't have it and I shouldn't need a subscription to access basic items after buying the full game.

This forces players to either pay for PS Plus or waste thousands of coins on packs for a chance at healing items. It's a paywall for a core gameplay mechanic.

Players like Marcelo get injured every 1-2 games due to low physical stats, making the game unplayable without healing items.

Please make healing items accessible without requiring PS Plus. Either unlock the Store for everyone, or increase healing item drop rates in packs and rewards.

This current system feels predatory and anti-consumer.
