WHAT IS NEEDED TO DO TO TURN A CAPITAIN IN CARRER PLAYER MODE?

It's so dificult to be a capitain in FC carrer player mode, since the creation I'm questioning this and no one could awnser or explain, influencers, EA websites. I guess that could have an option to chose, if you want or not to be the leader of the team and your decisions could agree with that... I tried everything, I was the soul of the team or the half term. REALLY I TRIED TO BE CAPITAIN. I like to be capitain, cause I like to take the trophy and it's cool to play and see that you are the captain. Should be really easy.
