Draft mode issues and FIFA point loss

I'm starting a draft and I get kicked and counted as a loss at the start of the match, and this has happened at least four times. What should I do? I just lost my FIFA points.
My nickname is maskanma. What should I do in this situation? Is it possible to get some kind of compensation?
