PROBLEMS WITH MY PREMIUM PACK

But the game doesn't allow me, it doesn't allow me to access my prize pack or my things bought or earned. I've invested money here, if I can't enjoy the game properly, just give me back my money, what a disappointment this game is either thieves or racist
