I am contacting you because I still don’t have access to the Transfer Market on the Web and Companion apps in EA Sports FC.

I have been actively playing Ultimate Team on PS5 for about a month and have around 50 hours of gameplay. I regularly play matches (Rivals/Squad Battles) and have already used the Transfer Market on console without any issues.

Despite this, the Transfer Market is still locked on the Web and Companion apps.

Could you please check if there is any restriction or issue on my account and help unlock access?
