Controller problems

I play on pc with a ps4 controller. When I play kick off there is no problem but when I play ultimate team my controller randomly stops working for around 5 seconds and then works again. It can’t be a problem with my internet connection because I have good connection, my player just randomly keeps running without me havent control of him.
