I had similar kind of issue after the update and I just fixed mine so I am here to tell you what I did, might help some.
Context:- my game used to run fine. Just 2 days ago the last day of last season my game became unplayable. It starts fine with a little stuttering then gradually it becomes worse to being unplayable. Stutters, slow motion etc all at once. I tried everything, updated every drivers tried different graphics settings. None worked.
I saw this comment on yt and reddit it was kinda dumb thought why not give it a shot. I turned off my wireless xbox controller and plugged it again via usb. It fixed now wtf hahaha. The comment said to disconnect your controller and connect it again. So I basically did that and it worked. Soo stupid.
