Game keeps crashing before I reach the start menu

I recently bought EA Sports FC 26, but everytime I try to open the game, it crashes and either freezes on a black screen or automatically closes itself. I can select my save file and then it starts ...

No, I still can't play the game at all. I planned on buying a new gaming laptop anyway so I will wait until I receive it so I can try the game on a different device. If I still can't open the game then, I will know for sure it has to do with the game itself and not my device.
