Manager career mode, player bad form problems

Hi there,

I've bought EAFC26 a couple days ago and wanted to play manager career mode.

I decided to pick FC Groningen for a nice challenge, but I noticed some problems.

Before we start: I have sharpness and energy always full. I simulate the game per month. I turned unexpected events off.

Now as for the problems: I've played 17 games with my team right now, bought a couple players who were compatible with my play style and were at least good enough to stay around the middle teams in the Eredivisie. Of those 17 games, I've won 3 and equalized 4 times. When I check with my players, they are mostly in a bad form. But those players have been in a bad form since the beginning.

I noticed it already right before the end of the transfer window, so I bought 2 new players who were better than the current players, but the results didn't change.

I have some coaches. Att 9-19, mid 9-19, def 13-19 and keepers 10-7. Even with some coaching points lacking, I doubt it should have this much impact and I think it's a problem within the game.

Anyone else got similar problems?
