Season Pass

Hi, I have a problem with the Season Pass. For some reason, every time I reach a new level, I have to leave the game and restart it before I can claim my new rewards. Otherwise, it shows my XP as negative and I can’t claim anything. I usually restart the game and the problem goes away, so it wasn’t a major issue for me until now.

The biggest issue happened with the reward choice pack at level 29. After restarting and entering the game again, it showed that it had automatically claimed the 10x 85+ pack for me, but I wanted to choose the tradeable 4x 90+ pack because it was clearly the better option for me. The rewards were supposed to be a choice, so I didn’t expect the game to select one automatically.

I spent several hours trading on the market to earn enough coins, so it’s really disappointing that this happened because of a bug.

I would really appreciate it if you could look into this issue and, if possible, grant me the tradeable 4x 90+ pack that I originally wanted to choose.
