bags fc 26 HELP!!!!!!!!

Once an hour, the FPS in the game drops to 5 and it's impossible to play. I spent money on this and demand compensation for these bugs. I can't play normally or enjoy the game. This is complete nonsense! I demand an immediate solution to the problem and compensation for these months of play that I haven't been able to play! Many people on the forums are encountering this bug. I expect the problem to be resolved immediately.
