Hello. Season Pass
Hello.
I am experiencing an account-specific issue with the Season Pass in EA FC 26.
Platform: PlayStation 5
Region: Ukraine
The issue started on January 5.
In the game I constantly get the message that the Season Pass service is unavailable, and no XP is being earned.
At the same time, the Season Pass works correctly on another EA account on the same PS5, so the issue affects only this account.
I have already restarted the game, console, and internet, but the problem remains.
Because of this issue, I am losing valuable Season Pass progress.
I kindly ask you to:
- check and resync/reset the Season Pass on my EA account, and
