Bug de lancement

Hello, I need your help. Every time I launch the game, even without being in Ultimate Team, I experience massive freezes. Then, in Ultimate Team, as soon as I start a match, the game freezes, glitches, and crashes, and I have to restart it five times to start a normal match. I'd like to know what's causing this. Thank you.
