Cheaters locking your players

In my online draft in EA FC 27 today, all my players were automatically taken over by the opponent. I had no chance to play the game. First, 15,000 coins were taken away. Then, no fair conditions were given. Then, I was kicked out of the game due to inactivity. I received an unwarranted warning. I recorded a video with my phone, which proves that I am not the one to blame! I would very much appreciate a response and, above all, compensation!

Maybe its a bug abuse. Please check my draft game from today if you can.
