Season Pass Level 22 OTW Adeyemi Bug

I reached Level 22 in the Season Pass and wanted to choose Adeyemi, which is why I bought the Premium Season Pass. I went to claim the reward where you're supposed to choose between a pack and Adeyemi—but a display error occurred: instead of Adeyemi, I was presented with two packs to choose from. I couldn't exit the screen, so I just picked one because I wanted to get out of that menu; afterwards, I checked the Season Pass and it showed that I had already made my choice and could no longer select Adeyemi. I have contacted EA Support and now expect to receive Adeyemi and a compensation! I was chatting with the Live Support and they told me that they are working on it and it takes them hours but im waiting nearly 3 days now. My Case ID: #256163485.
