Foundations objectives missing and not tracking

Hello EA Support Team,

 

I'm experiencing a serious issue with Ultimate Team on EA SPORTS FC 27.

 

I purchased the game approximately one week ago through the EA App on PC and created a new Ultimate Team club.

 

Here is my problem:

 

Foundations objectives do not appear correctly in the game.

On the Companion App, I can see the objectives, but their progress remains stuck at 0/3.

I have already played approximately 50 Division Rivals matches and more than 10 Squad Battles matches, but none of them have counted.

Because of this issue, I cannot unlock the Transfer Market or access FUT Champions.

I have verified that Companion is displaying my current PC club, not my previous PlayStation club.

 

This is extremely frustrating because I have been playing for a week without being able to access essential Ultimate Team features.

 

I would really like to participate in FUT Champions this weekend, but this bug is preventing me from progressing.

 

Could you please investigate my account, fix the Foundations objectives tracking issue, or manually restore the missing progression if possible?

    Le souci que vous rencontrez avec les objectifs Fondation est connu des équipes et il est en cours d'investigation actuellement, on espère qu'il sera rapidement corrigé.
