Re: FC27 Closed Beta - Not Showing in Library or Download

I received a code for the EA SPORTS FC 27 Closed Beta on Xbox Series X|S and successfully redeemed it through the Xbox Store. The code was accepted, but the beta has not appeared anywhere in my game library, owned games, or download queue. I have restarted my Xbox multiple times and waited until the next day, but it is still not showing up or available to install.

    Thanks for the details. Since your code was successfully redeemed, please first check the following location on your Xbox:

    My Games & Apps > Demos > Free with Xbox

    The FC 27 Closed Beta is already active, so after a successful redemption, it should normally be available to download

    I hope you’re able to find it under the Xbox Demos section and get into the Beta.
