Re: FC27 Closed Beta - Wrong Platform Code

I got emailed the fc 27 beta code for playstation. However, I play on xbox so I cannot play the beta. I have reached out to ea help and they have not helped me and moved me to here to discuss my issue and hope that someone can see and give me another code for xbox instead of playstation.

    Unfortunately they can't change or replace the platform for the beta code.

    I'm sorry we can't make changes to individual invitations at this stage.  If you receive a code for a different platform than expected, it cannot be exchanged or replaced.
